Processing Time

             All orders will be processed and shipped between 24 and 48 hours from the time your order is placed.  For expedited shipping please call us at 859-384-8785 during our regular store business hours.  Overnight shipping may be available if you your order is placed before 12:00pm EST.  Please call to place overnight or express orders. No orders will be processed on Sundays or holidays.

 

Shipping Options

             At this time all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  There is a $5 flat rate for shipping and handing on all domestic order.  Your order will arrive within 2-3 days with delivery confirmation.  If you request a different shipping option, or would like to add shipping insurance, please call us at 859-384-8785.

 

PDF Documents

             Items such as beading tutorials, instructions, and other paperless documents will be shipped via your email within 24 hours from your purchase.  You can then download them to your computer and print them as needed.
