Do you accept returns?

             We do not accept returns on any in store purchases.  We do however accept returns within 14 days due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for online purchases.  Fulfillment    mistakes made by us that results in the shipment of an incorrect product will be accepted for return with 10 days from the date of purchase.  If you would like to return the product for any other reason we will accept returns on a case by case basis within 10 days from the date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.  Returned products must be in the same condition that they were sent out in.  You must call us to receive a Return Authorization Code before shipping any returns.  We are not responsible for returned products lost in the mail.

 

 

Do you have a catalog?

             No, we do not have a printed catalog.  Due to the rapid change in market prices and        availability we are not able to keep up with a printed catalog.  We also stock several one of a kind pieces and artisan beads that cannot be restocked and are available on a limited basis.

 

 

Are all of your products available online?

             No.  We have thousands of products in our Union, KY boutique that are not available online.  Do to the limited availability and uniqueness of our inventory, some items are sold strictly in the shop. Please call us if you are looking for anything specific or would like to order an item you saw in our boutique.

 

 

Are online sales valid in store?

             Most sales and discounts are available to shoppers in store and online.  However,              occasionally we will offer specials only available in store and online and in those cases, they are not transferrable.  Please call us if you are looking for anything specific or would like to order an item you saw in our boutique.

 

 

Do you offer backorder of out of stock products?

             At this time if you would like to place an item on backorder you must notify us by phone or email.  Not all items are restocked regularly and may not be available for backorder.
